Help Domquine Rome Rebuild After Fire

My name is Mary Rome and I am asking for help for my niece Dimquine Rome. She came home from work yesterday to find her apt. building on fire. A building of 8 families and they all lost their homes.

She is 31 with two children a 5years old and a four months old. She lost all their clothes pictures bed tables everything. We will appreciate any help that is given.
