The eldest daughter in the family, Dilet Kifle Mahari, has become seriously ill and needs treatment abroad to save her eyesight. She is only 16 years old but has already lost vision in one eye and is experiencing severe pain. To receive the necessary treatment, she must travel to Turkey, but her family does not have the means to cover the expenses.

The father, as you can see in the picture, is still in military service and has neither the resources nor the funds to cover the medical expenses. The family is in a difficult situation and is now asking for help from people with compassion and empathy. Despite their efforts to care for their children and meet their needs, the burden they bear is overwhelming. The eldest daughter suffers in silence without basic necessities, and her future seems bleak, with limited opportunities to continue her education.

Dilet’s illness struck suddenly. She was at school, taking a test, when she suddenly felt severe pain in her eye. After months of treatment at a hospital in Eritrea, they were informed that she needed specialized treatment abroad. All necessary documents are in order – the only thing missing is financial support to carry out the treatment in Turkey.

Dilet has a strong desire to regain her sight and continue her education. We ask for help to give her this chance. Every contribution, big or small, can help her on the path back to a normal life.
