On Friday September 19th 2025 our mother Diana Blackwill was involved in a single vehicle crash off of Hwy 75 and FM 2973 in Huntsville Tx. She was life flighted to Herman Memorial where she is fighting everyday! She sustained multiple fractures in her face, spine, ribs, sternum, and right hand. She has already went through 4 different surgery’s to correct her spinal cord injury, and her head injury. She is on a ventilator and Its unknown at this time if she will ever walk again. She will require a lot of rehabilitation with physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. 

If anyone knows Diana, you know she would go out of her way to help anyone and everyone! She has such a kind giving soul! And now it’s our time to help her with whatever she may need in the future.

She has 3 children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren who are trying to navigate all of this in such an uncertain time.

The road to recovery will be long, but we are so grateful she is still here, and I recognize the support that surrounds me.
