Help Devin Restore YMCA Camp Combe's Chimney Top

Hello, my name is Devin Burger. I’m a Boy Scout with Troop 267 in Yorktown Heights, NY currently working on the rank of Eagle. This fundraiser is a part of my Eagle Scout project to refurbish a part of YMCA Camp Combe in Putnam Valley, NY. The area, called Chimney Top, has not been used for years. The wooden deck has rotted and there is much overgrowth of vegetation. For me, it is quite sad to see this part of the camp in such a state as I have fond memories of this area from my youth when I was a camper at Camp Combe. However, with the help of your donation, Chimney Top can once again be a great activities area for the campers and a meeting spot for staff. All donations to this project will benefit Chimney Top and YMCA Camp Combe. Donations will be used to purchase project materials like rebar and railroad ties for a new gravel patio to replace the old rotting wood deck. Other areas of the refurbishment include cutting back weeds to create a pollinator garden, removing rocks, sticks and debris, and redoing the steps leading up to Chimney Top. I thank you for your consideration in donating and supporting me in this project. The refurbishment of Chimney Top will be an amazing way to give back to the YMCA Camp Combe community.
