Help Derek Fight PSP and Maintain Quality of Life

Hello everyone,
My name is Jenn Snider, and I’m raising funds to support Derek, who has been diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) — a rare, degenerative brain disease that affects movement, balance, speech, and vision. PSP has no cure, and over time it takes away a person’s ability to walk, talk, and perform daily activities independently.
Derek has always put others first and has a huge heart. Watching this illness slowly take away his independence has been heartbreaking for everyone who knows and loves him.
Despite the challenges, Derek continues to face each day with courage and strength. However, the financial burden of care has become overwhelming. Funds raised here will go directly toward:
- Installing a stairlift to help Derek move safely between floors
- Covering related accessibility and home modification costs
- Supporting other care needs that improve his comfort and quality of life
Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference in Derek’s daily life and safety at home. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others who might be able to help.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, support, and prayers.
With gratitude,
Jenn and Derek
