Help Deedee and Bobby have a baby!

In the summer of 2019, my beautiful sister Deedee, and her amazing husband Bobby, lost their baby boy Jameson. He was 9 months old. He died from a very rare genetic disease called MPV17. This is a rare mitochondrial disease, that is only caused by genetics from the mother and father. DeeDee and Bobby were told that they couldn't have more children without a significant risk of having another child with the same rare genetic disease, and losing another child. After taking some time to grieve, they decided it was time to try to have another baby. They sold their home and moved in with our grandparents in order to afford the cost of having a baby safely. The process they have to go through to have a child is very long, delicate, and expensive. Here's an outline of the process. First, DeeDee has to be on a hormonal program before having her egg retrieval, after eggs are retrieved and fertilized, a special probe that cost them $7,000 to have made, extracts the dna from the embryo, and then the dna is tested for the genetic disease. Once an embryo is found without mpv17, they can implant it via IVF. This whole process happened in November of 2020, DeeDee and Bobby spent all of thier savings and profits from selling their home to afford this. They were so happy and excited to be pregnant again, and the baby made it to about 8 wks. Unfortunately, DeeDee lost the baby anyways, and there was only 1 viable embryo to work with. They were completely devistated. Now, they desperately want to try again in February 2021, but are financially unable to do so without help. This time, it won't cost them $40,000, it will cost between $15,000 and $20,000. This is the only way for them to have another baby, which they deserve more than anyone I've ever known. The baby they had and love so much was sadly taken from them, and they just want the chance to be parents again. Please, please help them become parents again.
