Help Dede recover after open heart surgery

I am creating this page with a heavy heart but hopeful spirits as Dede continues her journey to recovery after undergoing life-saving, open-heart surgery. This procedure was essential for restoring her health, but the road has been long and challenging.

As most of you know, Dede makes a living solely helping and saving the lives of others. She has been serving our community as a paramedic in Hamilton County for 17 years. She is resilient and determined to handle everything without asking for help.

During this time, Dede is unable to work as she focuses on healing and regaining her energy, so the financial burden of medical bills, follow-up care, and daily living expenses has been overwhelming.

We’ve created this GoFundMe to rally support for her during this critical time. Your generosity will help cover:

-Rehabilitation and therapy costs

-Essential living expenses during recovery
