Hi I’m Debbie Jude Fortner. I own the Coal Miners Diner food truck. I live in Putnam County but originally from Mingo county and my husband from Wyoming county. The flood has cause much damage in the southern part of our state. We want to buy enough food to feed as many people for free in Mingo, Wyoming and McDowell.
