Hey, my name is DeAsia Larry — but many know me as Visionary. I’m a mother of two, a singer-songwriter, a stylist, and revolutionary generational curse breaker of my lineage ✊ I recently made the life-changing decision to leave Houston and relocate to Atlanta with my kids, armed only with our backpacks, our faith, and a mission to survive and rebuild. 

Why did I leave? 

 Because my world was falling apart — and I refused to let it destroy me. This year in April, I lost my mother to suicide. Her death shook my entire foundation. It forced me to face the truth: life is too short to stay stuck in places that steal your light. In Houston, I was battling instability, betrayal, and burnout. I poured into others who didn’t pour back. I gave my gifts and energy to spaces that didn’t honor me. And when I looked at my children, I knew I couldn’t raise them in survival mode anymore. I had to break the cycle. I had to heal forward. So we left. Since arriving in Atlanta, it’s been one of the hardest journeys of my life — and also the most awakening. 

We’ve almost slept in airports. I’ve busked in the streets, using my voice to feed my babies. But we’re still here. And now, something is shifting. A video I shared about our story went viral overnight. For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel invisible. I feel seen. And I know now — this story is bigger than me. 

 I’m currently working toward:

 • Securing stable housing for me and my children 

 • Growing my social media platform to create sustainable income

 • Launching my podcast Rebel Talk, where I’ll speak on grief, freedom, generational healing, and evolution 

 • Styling and creating to support my family with dignity and purpose
