My name is Dezi and I am starting this GoFundMe for my mom, DeAnna Brown. She is the kindest, strongest, most caring, and giving person I know. Unfortunately, 6 months ago, she was struck with an unknown illness. After many ER trips and hospital stays, we still don't have answers as to what's wrong. She is having trouble breathing, a chronic cough, and all-over fatigue that has caused her to miss countless days of work and her normally enjoyed activities. She just spent 5 days in the hospital in pure agony after I had to rush her to the ER because she stopped breathing. She has now contracted pneumonia and still no cause as to why this is happening. If you know my mom, you know she never rests, is always on the move as a hairstylist, an artist, a friend, and a grandmother. The emotional toll this illness has taken is grand, but the financial burden is more than we can bear at the moment. She has medical bills, prescription bills, and lost days of work to recover from.
