This is my nephew Dayton, out of respect for our family during this time I'm choosing to leave out specific details. But he's currently in critical condition and at the moment we are unsure of what the outcome for him will be.

I'm creating this on behalf of my sister, his mother Tina Nightingale and his long time girlfriend Kelsey who is also the soon to be mother of Daytons first son come February.

I'm making this in hopes to give help, be it for medical payments, bills, work missed to be by his side and all other upcoming expenses.

Any help is so very appreciated along with prayers for the best recovery and outcome for my nephew. We're all sending our love to you Dayton
