Dawn is a loving wife, stepmother, grandma, aunt, and daughter and one of the most humble, dedicated individuals you will ever meet. Whether at work or in her home life, she finds true purpose and meaning in putting others first. Dawn has always chosen deliberately and consciously to dedicate her life to practicing a holistic, vegan lifestyle. She is a very health-conscious individual and an avid runner who truly inspires others to live the "veggie-life" along with her.

Sadly, in March of 2025, Dawn was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes pretty quickly. Immediately after her diagnosis, Dawn began preparing for her cancer journey, very similar to training for one of her marathons, with positivity, focus, and resilience to get her to that finish line.

Dawn has undergone several chemo/immunotherapy over the last 6 months. As well as a recent surgery for a bilateral mastectomy. Dawn’s next milestone will be a hysterectomy in December.

As we all can only imagine, an illness like this can take a toll physically, emotionally, and financially.
