Hello. My name is dawn. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, tmj, migranes, PMDD and two other medical issues within the past few years that have gotten worse.

Fibromyalgia especially being new and a big transition in my life we still have yet to find the treatment plan that works for me. Seeing a rheumatologist in January and hoping to see it integrative doctor soon as well.

I have filed for disability and waiting for a hearing but cannot work during that time.

Any amount will help with bills, necessities, over the counter medication and medicine not covered by my insurance, toiletries, Etc.
