<div>Hello. My name is dawn. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, tmj, migranes, PMDD and two other medical issues within the past few years that have gotten worse.

<div>Fibromyalgia especially being new and a big transition in my life we still have yet to find the treatment plan that works for me. 
</div>
<div>I have filed for disability and waiting for a hearing but cannot work during that time.
</div>
<div>Any amount will help with bills, food, necessities, over the counter medication and medicine not covered by my insurance, toiletries, Etc.
