Help Dawn and Kiezer Stay Together

UPDATE my mom AND KIEZER are going to move to Michigan at the end of her lease (she currently lives in Arizona and her lease is up in November), we have boarded Kiezer at a wonderful house with two other beautiful dogs with home owners that will be there 24/7. We still need a little help with boarding costs of $400 a month. With your help already we got him in for the first month. Right in time too because they’re coming to do an inspection on my mom’s apartment tomorrow 7/15. THANK YOU SO MUCH! please any sharing of the post/link is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Hi my name is Samantha, this is my Mom Dawn and her five year old German Shepherd Kiezer. She got him when he was just a pup and they’ve been two peas in a pod ever since. I’m asking for help because my mom needs to break her lease to find somewhere else to live or find Kiezer a new home. As all animal owners know giving up your pet is never the answer but it’s the last option. The reason why we are in the pickle of this situation is Kiezer and another dog got a little to excited when the other dog entered the doggy park. They started to run towards each other full force and as they collided the other dog’s ear was ACCIDENTALLY cut. After a few minutes of playing together the other owner noticed the small blood drip from the ear and got insanely upset and wouldn’t even talk to my mom about the situation. My mom apologized for the accident as the other owner walked away. The other owner went straight to the apartment complex center and filled an aggressive dog complaint. My mom has tried fighting the complaint but they said they’re a “No Aggressive Dog Complex.” They’re not seeing that it was a total accident. So my mom wants to break her lease and find somewhere else to live. She would need two months rent and something about court fees. We’ve seen amazing things happen with go fund me and this was our last effort to keep these two together before finding Kiezer a new home.
