We thank you so much for your generous donations. The lawyer, engineer, and application fees have been mostly funded. The appeal application has been submitted and we are awaiting the scheduling of the zoning hearing board. Meanwhile, Dave is still paying ongoing legal fees. The costs are adding up very quickly. 

Please continue to support Dave if you're able in order to protect his farm from being shut down by the township.
