Hi, I'm Dante (legal name David). I'm a non-binary trans woman. I have been living with a man who I thought of as a brother to me for a little over 10 years. This afternoon I was woken up to said person at my bedroom door, demanding that I pack my bags and leave and had 10 minutes to do so before he called the police. He told me I couldn't grab any of my other possessions, almost everything in this house is mine (furniture, photos on walls, even the utensils and most of the appliances).

I took this person into my home back in 2015 so he could escape an abusive household. Me and my family did everything we could for him and he was treated like he was blood. When I took him in, I was living in a small cabin owned by my aunt. After awhile, we eventually saved up enough money to buy a house of our own. There were some hiccups during the purchase, like me not being able to have my name on the deed due to poor credit. That was something that he said was gonna be corrected sometime down the line, it never was. My mother even drained her 401k just to assist us in purchasing this house, she even paid off his car so he could have a bump to his credit. Now he's throwing me out and trying to take all of my worldly possessions.

Almost everything in this house is mine from my previous home. Either stuff I already had at the house previous or inherited from my deceased grandfather who died shortly before my move to this current house.

I'm not the only one affected either, I have a girlfriend who also lives in the house with me. She wasn't directly thrown out but does not feel safe with staying here with him. We have 2 cats, 1 frog, a turtle and a bearded dragon. We would greatly appreciate any help we could get so we could safely move to a new location.
