I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting someone who truly deserves it. Daniel, our prep kitchen lead cook, is one of the hardest working, most dedicated people I know. He’s not only an invaluable part of our team, but he’s also a devoted first-time dad, doing everything in his power to provide for his family during a particularly challenging time.

Recently, Daniel’s car engine blew out, leaving him without reliable transportation to get to work. With no car, his ability to get to his two full-time jobs is seriously impacted, and that’s where we come in. Daniel is a first-time father, eagerly awaiting the arrival of his baby, who will finally be coming home next week after spending the past 6 months in the NICU at Inova Fairfax Hospital. This is a huge moment in his life—one that should be filled with joy and celebration, but instead, he’s faced with the burden of worrying about how he will keep his family afloat and get to work.

Despite everything going on in his personal life, Daniel has shown up every single day with an unwavering positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to doing his best for our team. His resilience and dedication are nothing short of inspiring.

Now, Daniel needs our help. He’s in urgent need of a vehicle so he can continue to work and provide for his family. With your generosity, we can help him purchase a reliable used car so he can continue to support himself, his baby, and his growing family.
