I'm Saxon Murray, and I am blessed to call Daniel and Emily Cuneo my brother and sister in-law. For those of you who know Daniel, you know he is ready to spring into action to help others at any moment. He’ll answer your questions, fix a problem (including tech), as well as provide a listening ear, a voice of encouragement, and words of wisdom whenever there is a need.

For almost a decade, Daniel has been the Jr. High pastor at Calvary Chapel Chico while aiding in the spiritual and emotional growth of several generations of youth. Simultaneously, he provides IT services to clients around the county and volunteers on a local school board. He often works 6-7 days a week, providing for his wife, Emily, and two daughters, Jane (6) and Emma (3).

This is where you come in. Despite all the work they are doing to save for a home, rising living costs have exceeded the income they are capable of bringing in. Daniel and Emily have been on the hunt for a home to call their own for many years, as they have been renting a small duplex that their family is outgrowing. Recently, they were blessed with the chance to build a house in Paradise, CA, where Emily grew up, and they found a piece of property that they have fallen in love with, hoping to raise their girls there. However, they still need to save the remaining cost by January 31st, 2023, which is more than they can afford within the timeframe the property is for sale. This GoFundMe is to help raise the remaining amount.

Daniel may be my brother-in-law, but he’s become more of a brother and a best friend to me. I am asking for your help, so we can give him and his family the opportunity to grow and be blessed in return for all of the ways they have positively affected the people in this community.
