Dana and her son, Gavin, have been facing an incredibly tough time lately. Dana, my dear friend, has been battling illness for a long while, which has made it impossible for her to keep a steady job. On top of her health struggles, she’s dealing with the recent loss of her mother, injuries, and a series of setbacks that have left her feeling overwhelmed and alone. Gavin, her 13-year-old son, is already having a hard time at school, facing bullying every day, and the threat of losing their home would only make things harder for both of them.

Right now, Dana is at risk of having her car repossessed and being evicted because she can’t pay rent. The funds raised here will go directly toward helping them cover rent, bills, and daily essentials—just to keep their heads above water. If we’re able to raise more, it will help them find a safe, long-term place to live, so they don’t have to worry about living in their car or being without a home. Dana hasn’t asked for this help, but she desperately needs it, and I know she would be deeply grateful for any support.
