Help Daisy Guevara's Family with Legal Fees

Hello everyone. My name is Daisy Guevara and I am the eldest daughter of Pedro Guevara. This is my father's up-to-date story.

On June 30th, 2025 at 9:30am, my father, Pedro Guevara Castro, was detained by what we believe to be ice agents in Cypress Park at a Home Depot. From there he was taken to the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Downtown Los Angeles where he spent about 4 days. There, we were able to see him 2 days until he was transferred on July 3rd, 2025 to the Adelanto Ice Processing Center where he has been as of today. On July 18th, 2025, my father had his first court, his master court, but was unable to be seen because his lawyer did not show up to represent him. His master court has been rescheduled to August 19th, 2025. As of now, we are waiting for his bond hearing on July 24, 2025.

With this GoFundMe, we hope to pay for my father's legal fees, bond (if he does receive it), and any other fees that come along the way. We sincerely thank everyone who has donated or just shared my father's story.
