Four months ago, I found this sweet girl (approximately 3 years old, 45 kg) in terrible condition on the streets of Tbilisi, Georgia (the post-Soviet country, not the US state). After months of love, care, and medical treatment, she’s transformed into the amazing companion she was always meant to be.

About her breed and personality:

Turkish Alabai - a loyal, protective breed known for their gentle nature with families

Incredibly friendly with people and children - she has the sweetest, most trusting temperament

Playful, calm, and clearly was someone’s beloved pet before

Perfect family dog who just needs her chance

Why she needs to come to America:

Finding her a forever home in Tbilisi has proven nearly impossible. The overwhelming number of homeless dogs and limited resources has made it extremely difficult to find adopters locally. Without finding her a home, she will have to return to the streets - and Turkish Alabais are not bred to survive without their beloved humans. This breed forms deep bonds with families and simply cannot thrive as street dogs. For her, going back to the streets means death. But in the USA, where there are more resources and families looking for loyal companions like Turkish Alabais, she can finally find the loving home she deserves.

She’s overcome so much already - survived the streets, battled illness, and trusted humans again. Now she just needs our help to complete her journey to safety and love.

✅ COMPLETELY HEALTHY! She has successfully completed treatment for blood infections and a pinched nerve in her neck

✅ Full medical clearance and ready for travel

✅ All medical records available

• Medical preparations: Required vaccinations, comprehensive blood work, and health certificates

• Laboratory certification: Blood samples must be sent to Germany for CDC-approved testing (Georgia lacks CDC-approved laboratories)

• Professional transportation: Safe, comfortable journey with experienced pet transport services
