<div>Four months ago, I found this sweet girl (approximately 3 years old, 45 kg) in terrible condition on the streets of Tbilisi, Georgia (the post-Soviet country, not the US state). After months of love, care, and medical treatment, she’s transformed into the amazing companion she was always meant to be.

<div><strong>Why she needs to come to America:</strong>

<div>Finding her a forever home in Tbilisi has proven nearly impossible. The overwhelming number of homeless dogs and limited resources has made it extremely difficult to find adopters locally. Without finding her a home, she will have to return to the streets - and Turkish Alabais are not bred to survive without their beloved humans. This breed forms deep bonds with families and simply cannot thrive as street dogs. For her, going back to the streets means death. But in the USA, where there are more resources and families looking for loyal companions like Turkish Alabais, she can finally find the loving home she deserves.
