Help Bryan Barnes Family Through This Heartbreaking Time

Hello everyone, my name is Jourdan Trosper. I am creating this Gofund me for my best friend Dacey Blizzard and Bryan’s family. Dacey recently experienced an unexpected tragedy in her life as her fiancé, Bryan Austin Barnes, suddenly passed away on 11/06/2024. Bryan lived for others and was loved by everyone who knew him. He served our country in the Marine Corps for 4 years then became a police officer where he devoted his time to keep our community safe.

Please keep Dacey Blizzard & Bryan’s family in your prayers as they go through this devasting loss in their lives. Bryan was loved by so many and loved Dacey with his entire heart. He was kind, so caring, grateful, and always knew how to make one laugh even on their worst day. He always put others before himself.

Dacey and Bryan were set to marry on 9/27/2025. They just bought a house together to start this new chapter of their lives. Tragically, Bryan’s time here with us was cut too short. Bryan was 25 and still had his entire life ahead of him, but unfortunately Cancer doesn’t care how old you are. It was determined he had a massive brain bleed due to undiagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The silent symptoms put him at stage 4 and he wasn’t able to recover. Before anyone knew about his condition, it was unfortunately too late.

I am creating this GoFundMe in order to spread awareness for leukemia and to help Dacey and Bryan’s family during this tragic time. All donations will go directly to Dacey to help his parents with funeral costs, household expenses while she is out of work for grief and funeral services. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will help tremendously during this unexpected time of need.
