In the early hours of Tuesday, April 21st , something unimaginable happened.

A fire that started in a neighboring home quickly spread, destroying my dear friend’s house — the place she and her family have called home for 29 years. In a matter of minutes, everything they built over decades was gone.

This isn’t just a house… it was their memories, their safe space, their entire life.

Clothes, furniture, personal belongings — all lost. The things you don’t think about until they’re suddenly gone.

By the grace of God, they made it out safely, and that’s what matters most. But now, they are left starting completely from scratch.

She is a loving mother, and right now her main focus is staying strong for her child while facing the overwhelming reality of rebuilding their lives.
