Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for your support as I appeal a grievance filed against me by board members of LBC44 (USA Boxing). For the past 19 months, I’ve been the target of retaliation, harassment, and slander from individuals in my own boxing community. These individuals have rallied others to attack my character in order to have me suspended for a year, even though their claims are based on hearsay and not supported by evidence.

As a Level 3 Referee/Judge with over 12 years of volunteer service, I’ve dedicated myself to boxing as an official, a coach, and now as a Masters boxer. I’ve taught and mentored many of the very people now trying to push me out. Instead of respecting my experience, they’ve retaliated against me, refusing to let me referee or judge in my own LBC and trying to humiliate me by assigning me to roles beneath my qualifications.

The retaliation has gone further, men in leadership positions who I rejected have spread lies about me, and one of them has been grooming young girls, something I have tried to speak out about. I have also been verbally and physically harassed by the President of the LBC, caught on video after one of his fighters lost. This is not the boxing community I believe in or have given so much of my life to.

USA Boxing allowed these individuals to manipulate my grievance hearing by rallying over 10 people to testify against me with no proof. To appeal this retaliatory decision, I must pay a $500 appeal fee to USA boxing. This is money I simply do not have as a full-time college student preparing to transfer to a UC next year.

I’ve given over a decade of service to boxing, helping young athletes, supporting coaches, gym owners, and officials, keeping the sport safe and fair. Now, I need help from my community to protect my name, my reputation, and my future not just in amateur boxing, but in professional boxing too.

Here’s how you can help:

I refuse to be silenced or pushed out by corrupt individuals. This is pure retaliation, and I will not let it take away my purpose. Boxing has given me healing, strength, and a way to give back and I’m determined to continue serving the sport with integrity.
