Help Curt Jones Stay Afloat

Hi! My name is Hunter and I am starting this fundraiser for my amazing Dad who is in need of some help!

My Dad has always been a proud, hardworking family man and business owner! He started his early years as a firefighter for the Pineville Fire Department and the City of Charlotte! He served his community proudly for 30 years as a first responder. He spent the next part of his life owning and operating a contracting company that remodeled homes and did restoration work.

Due to a long span of careers involving heavy manual labor, he sustained injuries to his spine, neck, legs, and shoulders. He has had to have 5 major surgeries: 3 spinal surgeries, 1 shoulder surgery, and 1 neck reconstructive surgery. Due to his declining health and injuries, and becoming disabled (unable to walk), he had to retire from that in 2021.

His health has since been declining severely and he has been unable to find work. Since then, he has been turned down for ANY and all disability or any assistance from the state whatsoever. He is now severely at risk of losing his home and everything he’s ever worked for. He has not given up on finding work; he is very active in his search for income.

He has given so much to his community his whole life and now he’s asking for his community to come together to help him in his time of need until he’s able to get on his feet and find work!
