Hello, and thank you for considering this fundraiser for Curesound. Curesound is a non profit organization that is committed to promoting mental and physical wellness for people of all ages in the Puget Sound region, through creative arts education, recreation, and entertainment. Curesound is going to open a large community center in Bellevue in proximity to the Spring District Link Rail Station that will be a 24 hour arts and recreation facility for all ages, and a youth safe space, both of which are growing needs in this region. Curesound provides aid, grants, and scholarships for individuals and organizations that seek to help artists, youth, and wellness causes. Curesound's community center will have many unique features such as a community banquet hall, flex use rooms, classrooms, music rooms, recording studio, arts spaces, indoor and outdoor stages, space for vendors during events, a multisport sport court, 12 table billiards hall, indoor game areas, food concierge, playground, and more. With an increasing number of skating rinks, bowling alleys, small performance venues, and other recreation and entertainment facilities closing down, Curesound hopes to fill those needs and promote arts, entertainment, and community wellness through its on site and off site programs. This fundraiser is for move in costs and the first part of construction costs. The organization will have access and begin this work starting August 1st, 2024, and your contributions will help us open to the public this fall. We hope that you will do two things in support: 1.) make a contribution of any size that you are able, and 2.) share this fundraiser on your platforms.
