Crystal and her 10-year-old daughter, Daisy Mae, are facing a heartbreaking and urgent situation. After the unexpected loss of Daisy Mae’s dad in September, their world was turned upside down. Despite battling significant health issues, Crystal continues to work as a server at Gold Star, doing everything she can to provide for Daisy Mae and keep their family together.
The challenges have been overwhelming. Due to the loss of Daisy Mae’s dad and delays in the court system, Crystal has fallen behind on the lot rent for the trailer they own in White Pines Park. Now, an eviction has been filed against them, and they are at risk of losing the only home Daisy Mae has ever known. On top of this, their trailer needs urgent repairs—electrical work, heating, plumbing, and basic improvements like drywall, insulation, and siding—to make it safe and livable.
Through it all, Crystal remains positive and puts her daughter’s happiness first. The strength and resilience she shows every day are truly inspiring. As the holidays approach, we’re hoping for a miracle. If our community can come together and offer support—no matter how small—it could mean the difference between homelessness and hope for this family. Your kindness can help keep Crystal and Daisy Mae in their home and give them a chance to rebuild. Thank you for considering a gift, and may blessings come to you and your loved ones this year.
