I'm Jeremy, One of the coaches at CrossFit Angier, in Angier, NC. At CrossFit Angier, we believe that community is at the heart of everything we do. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about building connections, supporting one another, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our commitment to community has become even more vital. Many of us at the gym, whether coaches or members, know people who have been directly impacted by Helene.

As a local gym, we recognize our responsibility to support those in need. As a strong gym community, we have decided that part of our Halloween activities this year will raising funds to help those who have been impacted by hurricane Helene. The funds will be donated to the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, which works in all 18 counties of Western North Carolina. Find out more here: https://cfwnc.org/
