Help My Dad, Cromwell Pestaño, Through Open Heart surgery in the Philippines.

Hi, my name is Joshua espino and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced.

My father, Cromwell Pestaño, is preparing to undergo open heart surgery, a life-saving procedure that comes with a huge financial burden. We don’t have the means to cover all the medical expenses, hospital stays, medications, and follow-up care that he will need in the coming weeks and months.

My dad is a kind, hard-working man who has always put others before himself. He’s the kind of person who gives even when he has little to offer. Now he’s facing a major health battle, and we are doing everything we can to make sure he gets the care he needs to recover and live a full life.
