Our sweet son, crew slater was born with congenital kidney disease. He is now 5 years old. Since the day he entered this world, he’s faced challenges that no child should have to endure. Despite countless doctor appointments, procedures/surgeries & hospital visits, Crew continues to smile, laugh, light up every room he walks into, & always leaves such a special touch on everyone he meets.

Crew has now reached the point where he needs a living kidney transplant.

As parents of 4 beautiful children, including another child living with Type 1 diabetes, we’ve learned to face challenges one day at a time.
