Title: Help Us Provide a Loving Home for Our Foster Kids!
Goal: $30,000-300,000
Dear friends, family, and generous supporters,
Heidi and Stewart have been long time residents of Blaine county. They have been known for pouring their hearts into the community, their family, and their friends. Recently, they obtained custody of 6 nieces and nephews who were in a tragic and perilous situation. The children range from 4 years old to 16 years old. When they came to live with Heidi and Stewart, they had only an outfit or two, and some didn’t even have shoes on their feet. These kids have a lot of needs including medical, dental, and psychological care, but from the very first day, Heidi and Stewart have been pushing past all of their obstacles to ensure that they have all of their needs met on top of working 2 jobs each, but there is one massive obstacle that they need the communities help to overcome. The home that they are currently residing in is too small for 9 people. Heidi and Stewart have been approved for a home loan but it isn’t enough to cover a down payment or to stay in the Blaine County area.
We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea for assistance to help Heidi and Stewart provide a stable and loving home for six wonderful children who need our help. This family has opened their hearts and home to foster these incredible kids, who have unfortunately faced hardships and challenges due to circumstances beyond their control. They believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive, and they are committed to giving them just that.
While Heidi and Stewart believe it is a blessing to care for these children, their dream is to purchase a home where they can grow, learn, and create lasting memories. Their current living situation has only three bedrooms, leaving them cramped with little privacy and individual space. Owning a home will allow them to create the stability and continuity they desperately need.
The journey to homeownership can be daunting, especially with a large family. We are asking for your help to raise a down payment for a house that will be a safe haven for these kids. We have 2 options: the first is to raise $30,000 toward a down payment for a home near Gooding. While this option is good, it would take them out of the community that they have called home for decades, and it would remove the kids from the school and area that they just found comfort and safety in. The second option and our ultimate hope is to raise $300,000 for a down payment on a home in Carey that is large enough for everyone to have a room, and allows the children to remain in the school they are currently attending. This amount will bring us closer to securing a place where they can flourish, filled with love and support, and where they can truly feel at home.
By donating, you are not just helping them with a financial goal; you are investing in the future of these six children. You are helping to provide them with stability, love, and a chance to build new memories in a place they can call their own.
If you are unable to contribute financially, we completely understand. Please consider sharing our GoFundMe link with your networks. Every share brings us closer to our goal and helps spread awareness of the importance of fostering.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for considering our request. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of these deserving children and Heidi and Stewart who have stopped everything to fight for them. Your generosity means the world to us!
With gratitude,
