My name is Michael Murray, and I am a lifelong resident of California’s 46th Assembly District. I’m running as the Libertarian candidate for State Assembly because I believe voters deserve real choices and a government that is limited, accountable, and respectful of individual liberty. Born and raised in Woodland Hills, I still live in the same home where I grew up, giving me a firsthand understanding of how government policies affect families and neighborhoods throughout the San Fernando Valley.

For more than 20 years, I have served my community as a healthcare worker, helping individuals take responsibility for their own health and well-being. I have also held management roles that required leadership, fiscal responsibility, and practical problem-solving. These experiences shape my approach to public service and inform the principles behind my campaign.

This GoFundMe has one specific and limited purpose: covering the In-Lieu-Of signature filing fee required to qualify for the State Assembly ballot. If the full amount is raised by February 3, the funds will be used immediately to pay the filing fee. If the goal is not met by that date, all funds raised will be retained by my campaign committee and carried forward for ballot access efforts in the 2028 election cycle, in full compliance with California campaign finance law.
