Help Courtney & Kids Rebuild After Job Loss
Donation protected
My name is Courtney, and I’m reaching out for help as I navigate a difficult chapter for myself and my two daughters, Jayda and Paisley. After dedicating 16 years to bartending at a local bar, I recently lost my job when the restaurant went out of business and have been unable to find new work. This sudden change has left us struggling to cover basic needs like our car payment, insurance, and groceries, and we’re currently staying with my brother’s family in a small two-bedroom apartment. It’s been a humbling experience, as I’ve always worked hard to provide for my kids and make sure they never had to worry about food or a roof over their heads.
Jayda, my oldest, is 18 and supposed to be heading off to college in August. Paisley, who is 12, has a real passion for softball, but right now she can’t play because I can’t afford the costs. Not being able to support their dreams and routines has been the hardest part of this journey. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet, but right now, we need a little help from our community to get through this tough time. Any support will go directly toward keeping us stable and helping my girls continue to pursue their goals. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
