My name is Corinne, and I’m reaching out because my son and I are facing an incredibly difficult period in our lives. When Covid hit, my son’s dad passed away, leaving us to navigate life without him. Since then, things have only gotten harder. In January of last year, my car was stolen, making it even more challenging to get to work and take care of daily needs. Now, we’re at risk of becoming homeless as we struggle through a financial hardship that feels overwhelming at times.

I’m doing everything I can to keep us safe and together, but the obstacles keep piling up. The loss, the setbacks, and the uncertainty have made it hard to see a way forward. That’s why I’m asking for help—so my son and I can have a chance to rebuild and find stability again. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward securing housing, transportation, and the essentials we need to get back on our feet.
