Help Connor Create a Virtual Bird Sanctuary

My name is Connor Waitkus. I am a member of Boy Scout Troop 442 in Wylie, Texas. I am working towards my Eagle Scout ranking with Boy Scouts of America.

I am working on my Eagle Scout project. For my project, I am installing signs for a virtual bird sanctuary. Each sign will have a QR code accessing a YouTube video. There will be seven different signs with each sign and QR code accessing a different bird. The birds are all native to Wylie, Texas.

This will be installed and accessible at the walking trail behind the Wylie Rec Center.

The funds raised will help with the project. The funds will cover all materials needed, including:

* sign creation

* posts, brackets, cement

* safety equipment for volunteers

* food/drinks for volunteers

My project has been approved by all of the required parties. My next step is to raise funds in order to order the signs. Once the signs are available, I will have volunteers (fellow Boy Scouts) to help install the virtual bird sanctuary.
