Help Connie Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

Hi, my name is Shari Jasso, and I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter, Connie Schmidt, whose home was completely devastated by Hurricane Helene.

Despite taking every precaution she could, Connie had no flood insurance to cover the immense damage and Connie lost everything.The storm surge and wind ripped through her home, leaving it gutted down to the studs. All of her belongings—furniture, clothing, personal items, and cherished memories—were destroyed. Appliances, fixtures, and the structure of her home are all gone. What was once a safe haven is now uninhabitable.

As her mom, it breaks my heart to see her go through this, but I’m reaching out to ask for your help. We’re hoping to raise $30,000 to cover the costs of rebuilding her home—drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, and everything else that was lost.
