On October 2, 2025, tragedy struck when a fire tore through the home of Con and Nina, destroying much of what this young family held dear.

Con and Nina live with their two children, Nina’s unborn baby due early next year, and Con’s mother, Chau. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but their home is now uninhabitable due to fire, smoke, and water damage.

Insurance Will Help, But It’s Not Enough

While insurance may help with major repairs, it doesn’t cover:

• Immediate housing costs for their family

• Replacing children’s items, school supplies, baby essentials, and maternity needs

• The deductible and uncovered personal items

• The emotional weight of starting over while preparing for a new baby
