My name is Colton, and I am currently the primary caregiver for my elderly disabled father and my elderly mother. Taking care of them is my top priority, but it also means that finding traditional employment outside the home is extremely challenging. Our rural location and limited access to transportation make it even harder to find a job that fits my family’s needs.

That’s why I am working toward earning a medical coding and billing certification. This opportunity would allow me to work from home, providing the flexibility I need to continue supporting my parents while also building a more stable future for myself. With this certification, I hope to secure a job that offers both financial stability and the ability to be present for my family when they need me most.
