Codi’s truck was stolen and vandalized in Arvada, Colorado, on her birthday (12/18), just one week after her dad died tragically and unexpectedly. While she is a strong human who always finds humor and positivity in every challenging situation she faces, these events have been incredibly difficult to overcome and have caused a tremendous amount of heartache and uncertainty.

Her truck was recovered yesterday (12/20) thanks to numerous friends, family members, and other kind humans sharing the post and identifying information. Upon locating her truck, she learned that it had been damaged inside and several items (some expensive, some sentimental, and some necessary for her truck to run) were destroyed or stolen. A police report has been filed and we have contacted pawn shops and scoured Marketplace in hopes we can recover her missing things. Unfortunately, insurance is fighting her and will not replace anything damaged or stolen inside of her truck.

Our family has had several kind individuals reach out to us asking how they can help, so we wanted to establish this opportunity for those who feel lead to donate and help bring a smile to her face. :) We know it is close to Christmas, so please do not feel pressured.
