Coach Roman is the kind of person who always puts others first. He gives his all as a coach, inspiring kids in our community to be their best both on and off the field. As a father to four football players and two young daughters, he goes above and beyond every day, making sure his family and the kids he coaches feel supported and encouraged. Even when things are tough, he chooses to give rather than take, and his positive attitude lifts everyone around him.

Right now, not having a reliable family car makes daily life a real challenge for us. After practices and games, we sometimes struggle to find a way home, and there have been nights when we've had to spend money we’re saving for a home on hotel rooms because we couldn’t get back. Getting to school, work, and football events means waking up before dawn to catch buses from Banning to San Bernardino, and carrying all the football equipment is a constant struggle. A car would make it possible for us to get where we need to go safely, help Coach Roman continue supporting his team, and allow our family to focus on building a better future.

Despite these hardships, Coach Roman never loses his optimism. He always encourages us and the kids he coaches to keep pushing forward, reminding us that "the early bird gets the worm." His resilience and generosity are why we’re reaching out for help now.
