Hi, my name is Coach Harris - founder of TrainUpAChild226.

I’m raising funds to help provide safe, consistent transportation for our inner-city youth student-athletes and community outreach programs. We currently have three teams full of amazing kids from Baltimore who are working hard both on and off the court. Unfortunately, many don’t have reliable rides to practices, games, training sessions, or community events.

Our goal is to purchase two 15-passenger vans so every student-athlete can travel safely - not only to practices and games - but also to serve the community through outreach projects, volunteer events, and mentorship programs.

Through TrainUpAChild226, we’re building more than just basketball players - we’re developing leaders, mentors, and compassionate young people who want to make a difference. From helping the homeless to organizing neighborhood clean-ups and food drives, these vans will allow us to expand our reach and positively impact Baltimore one child at a time.
