Help Coach Arty get new wheels

Hey guys - this is my first time creating something like this I hate asking for help and try to handle everything myself but this one just kinda sent me over the edge I had to go in to the urgent care yesterday afternoon since I have been dealing with some health issues most of September and left my bike locked up over night someone decided to take both my wheels and as of right now my bike is my primary mode of transportation I have been told on average it would cost 400-600$ out the door to get new wheels set up that is just a little too much for me and this whole situation just feels like a punch in the gut - any help is greatly appreciated
