Hi there, my name is Bethany Cheddar and I live in New Hampshire. As most of you know, Jamaica was hit with a category 5 hurricane on Tuesday, October 28th, causing severe damage to almost the entire island. Most of you know my husband Brian is from Jamaica with a lot of family still there. After days of being unable to reach my father-in-law, Clive Cheddar, and his wife Andrea due to loss of power and internet services, we were finally able to gain contact on Friday, Oct. 31st. Thankfully, he and his wife are okay and safe at a friend's home.

Unfortunately, his home has taken on some damages to his roof, water damage, and other damages due to fallen trees. We would like to raise money for all his necessary repairs to his home. Any additional funds will go to his local church in Alexandria, JA. He is such a kind and generous man and would never hesitate to help anyone he could.

We are hoping to also gather non-perishables, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc., to send them a barrel as well. I will also post additional photos as I get them. Anything at all would be helpful or even a share. Not just family, but so many others have lost everything they have.
