Hi there. My name is JP and I lead a group of middle school boys at our church. One of the boys in the Liquid Church small group would like to help fundraise for a family in need. CJ has a sister who can not walk on her own. She needs an aid or a “buddy” who helps her move from worship to small group activities and interact with other children at church. Her buddy is a super special hard working woman who has two kids of her own in Brooklyn. She travels from Brooklyn to New Jersey where she is the buddy for CJ’s sister. When Covid came her income was cut back and she found herself having to give up their car. It was a tough choice but she knew God would provide. CJ heard about their situation and would like to help be the hands and feet of God for this family. He would like to help provide for his sister’s buddy and her family the same way they care for his super awesome sister.

That’s where you come in!!! We believe that together we can do wonderful things for this family. Will you help this young man named give some amazing blessings to this family this holiday?

The good news is that I have reached out to some people and the word is getting around. We are already on the way to provide them with thanksgiving food. Retired Yankees Pitcher CC Sabathia and his wife Amber have agreed to match any donations CJ can get up to $5,000. They heard about the Brooklyn family in need who spends their time helping others and they want to help as well. Will you join our team and donate so that we can deliver hope to this family in need. When I asked one of the buddy’s children what would he buy his mom for Christmas if I gave him 100 dollars, He said “Really a 100 dollar bill. You are going to give it to me right now?” I said "yes right this very minute" After a full 60 seconds of thinking, He said “I would buy here a break. She just needs a break. She works so hard”

HEY EVERYONE UPDATE HERE!!! 
Through your generosity, we have been about to raise over 11,000 with Gofund. You blew the goal out fo the water!! With these resources, we will be able to provide an amazing break for mom and the kids. 
They will have an outstanding Christmas because of you. They will be able to catch up on some bills and you will have a lasting effect on their lives. We will be able to not only provide presents and the car but also an overnight hotel stay for the family for Christmas Eve. We will decorate the room for Christmas morning and on Christmas day they will open their eyes to presents under the tree. They will open boxes with huge smiles on their faces. Thanks to you they will also have a deposit on a new apartment outside of their current living situation in the spring. You are making a lasting impact on them. Here are some of the things we will be surprising them with on Christmas Morning.
