Hiya, friends. I volunteer as a study-partner for immigrants who will take the US citizenship exam. I've studied with folks from Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Panama, and India. These people are in the US legally and have resided here for at least 10 years; many of them have lived here for decades.

Recently, a current student's purse was stolen. She'd started to carry her Green Card (the paper that shows that she is here in the US legally) because of the ICE raids. The Green Card was in her purse. It costs $465 to replace it. Can you contribute a little to help her replace it so that if ICE questions her, she can immediately prove that she's here legally?
