Help Cindy and Luke Benson Heal Together

My mother, Cindy Benson, was diagnosed on April 15 with cholangiocarcinoma, a type of bile duct cancer, and primary sclerosing cholangitis, a rare autoimmune disease affecting her liver. We have been fortunate that the situation has moved swiftly, and she is scheduled for a crucial liver transplant on August 19.

We are overjoyed and deeply grateful that my brother, Luke Benson, is a match and has bravely agreed to be a living donor. This generous decision brings us hope and is a significant step towards her recovery.
