Hi, my name is Mindy and I work at Custom Fitness Solutions with Armando Chua. Our employees and clients here at the facility wanted to set up a Go fund me to show our love and support for the family. We are also collecting donations at our facility if you would prefer to donate that way you can.

Little Azariah flew in a little after midnight on 2/7/22 weighing 1 pound and 10oz. The whole family is currently at Children's NICU at Vanderbilt in Nashville. They have been off to a rough start but Azariah has been showing improvements day by day. They anticipate being at the hospital for at least 3 months.

Azariah means “helped by God '' and rightly named we know the Lord is already with him making him strong and building his testimony. The family appreciates all the prayers, gifts, kind words, and support that everyone has provided during this difficult time. The family's strong faith in God will help them get through this unexpected and difficult time.

All funds collected will go directly to the Chua family. It will help with the unexpected medical expenses and travel expenses to stay in Nashville with the baby.

This support will be greatly appreciated. The family currently resides in Monterey TN which is hours away from Nashville. They will need to have funds to stay in Nashville until baby Azariah can grow and be able to be released. This will be a long and difficult journey for the family and anything helps.
