Help Christopher Through Heart Complications

Hi, I'm Christopher and I suffer from chronic epilepsy and have been fighting for disability. I have recently found out I am having complications with my heart. My heart rate shoots up and drops very low causing me to have what feels like mild seizures. The feeling in my finger tips comes and goes as well as feet. I am dealing with so much more and We are still learning exactly what's going on, but it's a process.

My wife has already had to miss work just before as she had surgery herself.

This couldn't of come at a worse time.

Im not good at asking for help but here it is. Any and all help is apriciated. Even if its just a handful of groceries or help with a bill or 2. Anything helps if it takes a little stress off of my wife. Thank you.
